How's that for cynical, but I've been watching this issue for 40 years. The people have to lead for the leaders to follow. Because the leaders sure as heck ain't gonna do it unless we do. Marches move our hearts and I think they move the heart of God. The prayer service before the march in Houston was so sweet. I saw people coming to the front to repent of embarrassing sexual sins. They did not care who saw them. They wanted God. I saw people raise their hands all over the church saying they had taken part in abortions. People all around them prayed for them without judgment, but in love. When we repent we move the heart of God! He can not turn is face away from repentance! Marches remind us of what we do not see every day: the senseless deaths of thousands. It reminds us of the broken lives abortion leaves in its wake.
